Creating consistent and lasting change is the name of the game. Why do something without the benefits in mind. We’re all striving for the best benefits of whatever we do, most of the time we’re looking for the quickest and most effective ways of doing it.

For example, why spend an hour at the gym burning four hundred calories when you could go to a fitness boutique for 30 minutes and burn the same amount of calories to create the consistent and lasting change you’re looking for.
